Refund policy

We have a 2-day return policy: you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 2 days, returns are not accepted.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, with tags and in its original packaging, plus proof of purchase.

Returns are not accepted if the piece has been worn, perfumed, or washed.

Exchanges
Exchanges must be requested within 1 day of receiving your order, under the same conditions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or wrong.

Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
